Export promise
Private-beta customers should be able to retrieve their tenant and vault-scoped state history in a readable package. StateVault's business model depends on trustworthy custody, not trapping customer memory.
Trust & legal
StateVault is designed so customer memory can leave the platform. The export path is a product requirement, not a courtesy feature.
Private-beta customers should be able to retrieve their tenant and vault-scoped state history in a readable package. StateVault's business model depends on trustworthy custody, not trapping customer memory.
Exports intentionally exclude raw API keys, password hashes, provider secrets, database credentials, object storage credentials, unrelated tenant events, and internal operator-only records.
The zero-training position and portable export guarantee support the same customer outcome: state remains customer-controlled and should not be repurposed for model training.
Export formats may evolve during private beta as vault isolation, billing-safe usage logs, backup routines, and customer import paths mature. Export questions can be sent to info@statevault.ai.
