Privacy Notice
This private-beta notice explains how StateVault handles customer account data, tenant state, usage metadata, exports, and support requests while the platform is being evaluated.
Data we handle
- Account contact details, tenant profile details, billing contact details, and support contact details supplied by a customer.
- Authentication, session, and security activity metadata needed to operate the customer portal and operator review workflows.
- Customer-submitted agent state, context records, vault metadata, export jobs, and operational artifacts stored for the customer account.
- Usage and billing metadata such as request counts, operation types, vault identifiers, plan status, invoice previews, and upgrade requests.
Zero-training position
StateVault does not use customer state, context payloads, artifacts, export packages, or tenant usage data to train foundation models. The product value is private custody, retrieval, metering, and exportability.
How data is used
Data is used to provide tenant-scoped state storage, semantic retrieval, MCP and REST access, account support, security review, usage reporting, billing visibility, and export delivery. StateVault does not sell customer state data.
