Private Beta Terms

These terms summarize the expected evaluation boundaries for early StateVault users. They are intentionally conservative until the platform exits private beta.

Evaluation access

StateVault private beta access is intended for controlled evaluation of tenant-scoped agent memory, vaults, API operations, MCP connectivity, usage visibility, and export workflows.

Customer data

Customers retain responsibility for the data they submit. StateVault provides custody, retrieval, metering, and export tooling. Customer state is not used to train foundation models, and export paths are designed to reduce lock-in.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use StateVault to store illegal, harmful, or unauthorized data.
  • Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Do not run load tests, scraping, or automated abuse against beta systems without explicit coordination.

Billing status

Billing visibility, invoice previews, plan status, and upgrade requests may appear in the customer portal. Live payment collection is not claimed on the public site and remains a separate activation milestone.

Availability and changes

Private beta systems may change as security, backup, maintenance, scaling, and vault-isolation work is refined. For access questions or beta terms review, contact info@statevault.ai.
